Directions

Step 1

In a pot add following ingredients Oil, Onion, Diced garlic, Diced ginger saute in a medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 2

In the same pot add Cabbage, Carrots, Curry powder, Salt, Black pepper continue to cook in medium heat for 8 minutes.

Step 3

After that add Coconut milk, Lemon juice, Chili flakes and Green onion and continue to cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Serve immediately with choice of bread, rice or pasta.
